Shipping policy

Here at Ragavon, we prepare orders for shipping in 3-5 business days.

For international mailing, the package may face unknown delays, possibly up to 1-2 months depending on the country. The customs/tracking number that you receive when your order ships allows you to track only as far as the exit of the package from the US. We unfortunately do not have control over the length of time that mailing will take, and are not able to track international packages once they exit the US. If you have questions about the status of your package after it has left the US, please contact your country's postal service with the US customs number to find out the status. You as the recipient are responsible for being knowledgeable about and paying any/all international customs charges for your orders, and being available for delivery. If customs charges are not paid or you are not available for delivery and the package is returned to Ragavon, you will be refunded for merchandise if it is returned by the postal service undamaged, and will not be refunded for mailing charges.
